Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Conception and design of AI-related solutions for applications, projects, and products in close cooperation with specialist departments and technology teams • Analysis and concretization of business requirements, functional requirements, framework conditions, and success criteria as a basis for sustainable solution designs • Creation of architecture concepts, target images, integration designs, as well as traceable documentation of architecture decisions • Ensuring architecture quality, business fit, scalability, maintainability, security, compliance, and operational feasibility of the developed solutions • Close cooperation with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, as well as experts from cybersecurity, data protection, and platform management • Support in the selection of suitable technologies, platforms, AI services, integration patterns, and reusable components • Participation in AI pilot projects, architecture and governance reviews, as well as in the further development of standards, methods, and best practices in the field of AI Solution Architecture YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, information technology, engineering, or a comparable qualification • At least three years of professional experience in solution architecture, application development, product development, business analysis, project implementation, or a comparable environment • Proven ability to translate business requirements into solutions that combine business benefit, technical feasibility, usability, security, and scalability • Sound understanding of GenAI and LLM technologies as well as knowledge of agentic AI approaches, multi-agent orchestration, and Responsible AI • Analytical mindset as well as a good understanding of business processes, modern technologies, cloud platforms, and integration architectures • Strong communication personality with experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and various stakeholders • Business fluent English and German skills in speaking and writing YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscriptions and fitness subscriptions • Support for further education opportunities (financially or with part-time options) • Catering options in the Migros canteen Laura Siroki HR Specialist \+41 79 961 85 53
