Your tasks

• Maintenance, support, and targeted development and expansion of existing bakery and confectionery customers, including numerous cooperative members, as well as targeted new customer acquisition
• Evaluation of territory analyses and derivation of corresponding measures including reporting in the CRM
• Review and control of customer conditions
• Complaint management
• Close cooperation within the sales team and with other internal stakeholders (e.g., meat specialist consultancy, internal sales, procurement, IT)
• Active participation in projects and proactive network maintenance
• Market observation and introduction of trends into the company

Your profile

• Sales personality with completed vocational training in the food industry (e.g.: baker-confectioner, cook)
• Commercial and/or sales-specific further education
• Proven experience in field sales or in Key Account Management, ideally in the food sector
• Empathic personality with a winning and convincing appearance
• High degree of customer orientation with a solution- and success-oriented way of working
• Analytical skills and high negotiation skills
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• IT affinity (ERP, CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enjoyment of digital topics
• Valid driving license Cat. B
