HR Manager

Our client is an established company that values short decision-making paths and a family-like culture. In this position, you are not only the specialist authority but also the pulse maker for all personnel topics. You lead the HR team operationally and prepare the ground for future strategic developments.

Your tasks:

• You take over the specialist and organizational management of the HR team and are the central interface for the management and all employees.
• You bear the overall responsibility for all HR processes from A to Z and ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily business.
• You manage time recording as well as absence management and actively support in daily business.
• An HR generalist in your team leads the internal payroll processing (Abacus) – you provide support in preparation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed the HR-Fachausweis.
• You look back on at least 5 years of experience in HR and, ideally, have already had a taste of leadership during this time.
• You are proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally are already familiar with Abacus (payroll) as well as Helio (time recording).
• You are a seasoned, loyal personality (ideally 30+), who keeps an overview even in hectic times and enjoys working at the front.
