Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for Influencers & Content Creators

YOUR TASKS:
You are our ambassador in the creator world.
You know how to inspire influencers, make campaigns shine, and always keep an eye on the numbers.

Influencer and Creator Marketing Strategies:
You are responsible for the development and implementation of the influencer marketing strategy for our brands Rieker and Remonte

Influencer and Creator Management:
You source new female influencers, athletes, and UGC creators, further develop our network, and maintain long-term and authentic partnerships

Briefing & Creation:
You create inspiring briefings that creators truly understand, always close to the spirit of the times and our brand identity

Campaign Analysis:
You analyze the performance of our influencer and creator campaigns, track KPIs, and derive optimizations from them

Influencer Events:
You plan and coordinate possible influencer events

Community & Relations:
You maintain relationships that are more than just contractual work, because you know that real partnerships win in the long term

WHAT YOU BRING:
Completed studies in marketing/communication sciences or a comparable training

At least one year of experience in influencer marketing and/or digital marketing

Initial experience in the implementation, control, and monitoring of influencer and UGC campaigns

You are at home on the platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest and know the platforms not just as a user

Analytical mindset

Structured, independent way of working

Enthusiasm for fashion & lifestyle, you know what makes a good brand
Very good German skills, good English and/or French skills are an advantage

Willingness to travel
