Tasks

• Business partner and sophisticated sparring partner for the management of our Division Medical
• Responsibility for local and global divisional controlling
• Proactive identification of opportunities, risks, and potential for improvement
• Independent analysis of complex connections and derivation of concrete courses of action
• Further development and use of our BI and reporting solutions (Qlik)
• Preparation of decision-making bases, forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc analyses
• Close cooperation with finance managers and operational executives at international locations
• Participation in group-wide optimization and digitalization projects
• Travel activities of approx. 10-15%

Requirements

• Higher business administration education with a focus on finance or controlling
• Several years of experience as a controller in an international industrial company
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advise management teams critically and constructively
• High level of initiative, independence, and entrepreneurial thinking
• You recognize relevant questions early and do not wait for them to be assigned to you
• Very good German and English skills
• Sound knowledge of BI tools, ideally Qlik
• Enjoyment of digital technologies and experience in the use of modern AI tools
• Pragmatist with strong analytical skills and implementation strength
