Job Description
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team (2 employees)
Responsibility for the continuous optimization of buildings and infrastructure
Planning, steering, and monitoring of modernization measures
Leading specific projects in the area of Facility Management
Development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability measures
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations as well as relevant standards in the area of fire protection
Steering and coordination of external service providers and contracting companies
Budget planning and cost control as well as continuous optimization of costs in the area of Facility
Implementation of investment and new construction projects as well as technical conversions
Introduction of standards, processes, and digital solutions in Facility Management
Close cooperation with production, maintenance, and occupational safety
Preparation of investment requests (CER with cost calculations and economic efficiency calculations)
Creation of specification documents (project basis)
Profile
Several years of professional experience in technical Facility Management, ideally in a production plant
Leadership experience as well as strong communication and organizational skills
Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations
Experience in project management as well as in the steering of external service providers
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong solution orientation
Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as ERP systems (SAP)
German spoken and written, very good English skills, as well as ideally Swiss German
Professional Requirements
Completed technical basic training with corresponding higher training in the field of Facility Management, building technology, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
