This contribution you can make

• Develop decision-making bases for the Kommando Cyber leadership team and the superior position
• Lead and control the integral risk portfolio (operations) in close coordination with the Audit Management in Kommando Cyber
• Plan and coordinate on the basis of the risk management assessment, evaluate and prioritize risks, and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures together with the line managers
• Advise and support the Head of Kommando Cyber, the leadership team, the line, and the heads of the specialist departments on risk-relevant issues and in the application of risk management methods
• Further develop the risk management process with the GRC approach (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and promote a sustainable risk culture in Kommando Cyber
• Actively represent Kommando Cyber in specialist committees and working groups of the superior position as well as with relevant partners

What makes you unique

• University/University of Applied Sciences degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration or specialist further training in risk and/or audit management with several years of function-relevant experience
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in creating management reports and decision-making bases
• Convincing communication, presentation, and advisory competence as well as experience in cooperating with different stakeholders
• A military background as an officer in the Swiss Army, with assignments in the staff of a large unit or comparable leadership or staff employment, is an advantage
