Technical Group Leader Engineering Construction Your contribution to us Responsible for managing the construction business in the region in interaction with all relevant stakeholders Developing a common vision and strategy and living it in the team Responsibility for the performance and result of the branch Leadership and development of employees in the branch Acquisition of construction contracts and systematic customer care in agreement with the department management Leadership and control of project and construction management for optimized project execution Conclusion of subcontractor contracts in agreement with the department management Negotiation with the client on essential questions of construction execution, on interpretation, change and extension of the construction contract as well as on approval of additional services in agreement with the department management Control of the construction process and the construction site result Implementation and co-responsibility for work preparation and construction site organization Collaboration and co-design of innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM) Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality issues What matters to us Completed basic training in construction with further training as a certified construction manager and/or engineer or equivalent Several years of experience as a construction manager in the field of engineering construction Convincing and negotiation-secure appearance Winning personality with high customer orientation Very good MS-Office skills and experience with RIB iTWO are an advantage High willingness to work and reliability Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high goal orientation Teamwork and leadership experience, negotiating skills, flexibility and a self-dependent and responsible way of working complete your profile Our added value for you With us, you can expect more than just a job - a professional career full of challenges, successes and the opportunity to shape the future innovatively and sustainably.
