As a motivated* *personality, you play a central role in our payroll team. You are responsible for the independent processing of the entire payroll process, all social security declarations, and accounts receivable accounting. You will be a competent contact person for various clients for all questions in payroll accounting.

• In this role, you independently manage payroll accounting and process the wages of temporary and internal employees of various clients
• You create declarations for social security and withholding tax offices
• You manage accounts receivable accounting including invoice creation, import incoming payments, and reconcile open items
• You manage complete personnel administration and assist with the recording of time reports for various clients
• You are the first contact person for our clients for all questions in the area of personnel and social insurance
• You have a basic commercial education and further training in the field of personnel and/or accounting (successfully completed or currently in training)
• You bring several years of professional experience in payroll administration and/or accounting
• You are used to working independently and precisely and are characterized by high resilience
• You have a good understanding of IT as well as good MS Office user knowledge
• You enjoy using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and use them purposefully to complete routine tasks more efficiently and optimize your work
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and a proactive way of working round off your profile
• Very good communication skills in German; English and French skills are a plus
