This is what your day-to-day looks like ## • At the heart: You focus on acquiring new customers and retaining and developing existing customers in close collaboration with the direct sales team when it comes to leads (e.g. from online inquiries or conclusions). • From the first lead to the successful insurance conclusion: You accompany our customers with commitment and find tailor-made solutions for their individual needs. • You advise via video call, phone and email - in excellent German and French. Other languages are a plus. • With targeted approach, you contact existing and potential customers - through marketing campaigns, follow-up campaigns or customer loyalty programs - and advance our sales initiatives. • You work closely with your colleagues and support each other in achieving common goals. This is what you bring ## • First and foremost: You can tell that you like to be in contact with people - you approach them openly and your positive charisma is infectious. • A completed vocational training in the commercial sector, retail, customer dialogue or another exciting profession - we are open to this. • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer consulting and possibly already have VBV certification. If not, you can learn this in our training courses. What matters is your passion and perseverance. • You speak German or French at native level and have good knowledge of the other language in word and writing (at least level B2). • You can put yourself in your counterpart's shoes, listen attentively and love to win others over in conversation with convincing arguments. • You are familiar with digitalization - you are skilled in handling the computer. • So that you can get off to a perfect start in Lausanne, you are willing to complete the induction period at our Root site for a few months. Alternatively, there is also the possibility of working permanently at the Root site.
