For an established rehabilitation clinic in the Thurgau region, we are looking for an engaged Healthcare Professional EFZ 80-100 % for the acute geriatrics area, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Requirements ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Ideally professional experience in acute geriatrics, rehabilitation, acute, or long-term care
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation

Tasks ##

• You care for and support patients in acute geriatrics with professional competence and empathy
• You support patients in regaining and maintaining their independence, mobility, and existing resources
• You independently carry out nursing and medical-technical measures within the scope of your competencies
• You observe the health status attentively and pass on relevant changes in a targeted manner to the responsible nursing specialists
• You support the qualified nursing staff in the planning and implementation of the nursing process
• You work closely with nursing specialists, the medical service, and various therapy areas
• You actively help shape everyday rehabilitative life and contribute to a high quality of care and support
