The pastoral space Pfaffnerntal-Rottal-Wiggertal with the parishes Langnau, Pfaffnau-Roggliswil, Reiden-Wikon, Richenthal and St. Urban, with approximately 6,000 parish members, is looking for the exciting task of a type B pastoral space starting from 1 August 2026 or by agreement for a head of pastoral space / a head of pastoral space (80-100%) as well as a parish leader / a parish leader

Your area of responsibility:
3 Direction and organization of the pastoral space, in collaboration with the responsible priest
3 Direction of the pastoral space team, in particular the responsibility for the management, engagement and development of employees
3 General pastoral care for people in different life situations
3 Willingness to collaborate in different teams and groups
3 Support of volunteers

You bring:
3 Completed theological studies and professional introduction in the Diocese of Basel (or equivalent training)
3 Management experience as well as pleasure in assuming leadership tasks, associated with an engaging leadership style
3 Motivated personality, who practices pastoral care with head and heart
3 Openness to the co-creation of a contemporary pastoral care
3 Open personality, who organizes meetings with people of different generations with care and joy
3 Willingness and openness to an ecumenism lived in our parishes
