What you can achieve

• You competently advise interested parties about our emergency call systems as well as other offerings of the Roten Kreuzes Basel and support them in choosing the appropriate solution.
• You process reports from the emergency call center and coordinate the resulting measures.
• You maintain and manage customer data in our digital systems and ensure high data quality.
• You install and instruct our emergency call systems on-site and are regularly on the road in the field service.
• You present our services to partner organizations and multipliers, for example Spitex-Organisationen, and convey the added value of the Rotkreuz-Notruf.
• You undertake diverse administrative tasks and contribute to an efficient organization of the offering.
• You have the opportunity to actively help shape the work area, bring in new impulses, and help shape the further development of our services.

• Strong customer and service orientation
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with older people
• Administrative and organizational strength as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in a versatile and multi-layered everyday work routine
• Joy in appearing before groups and in the communication of information
• Confidence in dealing with technical topics and technical flair
• Style-confident oral and written communication in Deutsch; further language skills are an advantage
