HVAC / BMS Operations Technician - FIXED POSITION (M/F/D)

Your mission

Do you like understanding, optimizing, and securing complex technical installations? Are you comfortable with HVAC systems and wish to evolve in a structured and demanding technical environment? Do you appreciate both field work and the analysis and fine regulation of installations? As part of the reinforcement of a specialized technical team, we are looking for an HVAC / BMS Operations Technician to ensure the performance and reliability of a multi-site fleet of installations. Your role At the heart of technical infrastructures, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring and guaranteeing the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations - Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems - Diagnosing malfunctions and intervening effectively - Supervising technical alarms via a centralized management tool - Optimizing regulation loops and energy performance - Carrying out measurements, hydraulic and aerostatic balancing - Participating in operational tests of critical installations - Coordinating and following up with external companies intervening on site - Ensuring the monitoring of service providers and the quality of interventions - Contributing to small technical projects (descriptions, procurement, work monitoring) - Participating in the on-call service according to a defined rotation You are a key actor in reliability and continuity of operations.

Your profile
