Project Manager Heating / Air Conditioning / Cooling

The Position

• You develop heating and air conditioning concepts, dimension systems, and accompany your projects from planning to acceptance
• Together with the owners and general project managers, you lead projects and control quality, deadlines, and costs in your area of expertise
• You work out technical solutions independently and create the necessary plans, diagrams, and tender documents using CAD
• You coordinate the technical interfaces with clients, architects, specialist planners, and executing companies and ensure good cooperation

Your Profile

• You are experienced in heating and air conditioning technology and can plan and dimension systems independently
• You bring experience in building services engineering planning and have already led projects or sub-projects independently
• You understand the connections between the building services trades and can coordinate technical interfaces reliably
• CAD and 3D planning are part of your daily work, ideally with Nova Trimble
• You work independently, think ahead, and approach customers and project participants with confidence
