Work location: Bern Workload: 80-100% Start: Immediately or by arrangement, permanent Your tasks: Carrying out business analyses as well as the collection and specification of requirements for eGovernment applications Conception and design of user-friendly and barrier-free UX/UI solutions including design specifications Planning and execution of usability tests as well as continuous optimization of the user experience Coordination of cooperation between development, specialist departments and project management Central contact person for requirements engineering as well as consulting stakeholders and users Your profile: Higher education (FH, university) in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Several years of experience in business analysis and UX design as well as in the creation of requirement profiles and design specifications Experience in the conception of user-friendly and barrier-free front-end solutions as well as confident handling of methods and tools such as BPMN, User-Centered Design, Axure RP, Jira and Confluence Structured, independent personality with pronounced communication and project management skills (Scrum, SAFe) Very good active knowledge of at least one official language in spoken and written form as well as passive knowledge of a second official language
