What awaits you

• Comprehensive advice and support for brokers
• Maintenance and expansion of broker relationships
• Specialist support and training for brokers on the topics of customer acquisition and customer care
• Creation of tailor-made insurance concepts for broker customers - planning and implementation of customer retention measures
• Conducting annual broker meetings and representation at AXA events
• Creation and implementation of an annual and measure planning aligned with target specifications and broker segmentation
• Supporting brokers in dealing with digital media
• Coordination of activities and exchange of information with other sales units
• Participation in projects

What you bring with you

• Financial planner with federal diploma, insurance specialist with federal diploma, or training/further education at FH, HF level in the field of pension provision, asset investment, or financial planning
• Professional experience in customer consulting or proven sales experience
• Strong customer and sales orientation
• Confident and winning appearance
• Good knowledge in the area of individual life
• Networked way of thinking, high commitment, diligence, and resilience
• Excellent German skills and very good oral English skills, French is an advantage
