Head of Decentralized Energy Supply (m/f/d) In this key role, you are responsible for the planning, operation, and further development of photovoltaic systems and heating networks, as well as for leading your team. At the same time, you actively help shape the energy transition and ensure successful exchange with internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks In this function, you lead a team of 8 employees and report directly to the CEO. The planning, control, and operation of large photovoltaic systems for the company's own power plant fleet are within your area of responsibility. The development and implementation of heating networks in your own supply area as well as in adjacent cantons also belong to your field of tasks. You take responsibility for the economic and technical implementation of the projects and systems. The management of our subsidiaries/heating networks is subject to your responsibility. The professional exchange with all stakeholders – from employees to management and the board of directors to political representatives – is ensured by you. You actively contribute to the further development of the company and help shape central topics of the energy transition. Your profile You have a degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering as well as ideally a postgraduate degree in business administration. You bring several years of experience in the planning and operation of photovoltaic systems, especially on large roof areas, as well as knowledge in the field of heating networks. You have already been able to gain experience in leading teams and you specifically develop specialists further. Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and at the same time pragmatic hands-on mentality characterize you. A confident appearance in dealing with different stakeholders and audience-appropriate communication on all levels are among your strengths.
