Study Coordinator or Study Nurse

Your tasks

• Administration and organization of research data and resources
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of study visits with patients
• First point of contact for patients and their relatives during participation in clinical studies
• Communication with sponsors/CROs and the medical study team
• Participation in study meetings
• Collaboration in the implementation of monitorings, audits and inspections

Your profile

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant (med. Praxisassistent/in) or healthcare specialist (Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit) with preferably several years of professional experience
• Enjoyment of contact with study participants
• Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Ability for effective communication and collaboration with various teams and specialist departments
• Confident handling of IT systems and electronic study databases is an advantage
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
