For our Residenz Sphinxmatte in Solothrun, we are looking for you as of 1 August 2027 for the Apprenticeship as Restaurant Specialist EFZ This is what you will learn with us • Care and service of our guests with professional service in the internal restaurant for our residents as well as in the public restaurant for external guests, where a la carte is served or banquets take place • Presentation of the food and beverage range • Conducting sales conversations and taking orders • Flawless appearance as a host This is what you bring with you • Completed school education: You have completed Sekundarschule A or B with good academic performance • Great willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, as well as service and hygiene awareness • Helpful, sociable and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness • Well-groomed appearance and good manners • Willingness to work irregular hours (we are open every day) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges and practical work • Good German skills in speaking and writing are important for this apprenticeship.
