We are looking for our client for a(n):

Dispatcher (a)

Your tasks:

• Planning and organization of transports taking into account customer requirements, routes, vehicle capacities and legal regulations
• Order reception, processing and dispatching in close cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Coordination and monitoring of the vehicle fleet as well as drivers
• Administrative tasks in the area of ARV and LSVA as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Planning of vehicle maintenance, repairs as well as holiday and deployment planning of the drivers

Qualifications

• Completed training in the field of logistics, transport, forwarding or a comparable specialty
• Several years of professional experience in dispatching, ideally in the transport industry
• Sound knowledge of transport and logistics processes as well as legal regulations (ARV/LSVA)
• Driving license Kat. CE and valid CZV card
• Good German and French skills
• Organizational strength, reliable and solution-oriented personality
