Your motivation is to simplify processes and support your colleagues, so that we can celebrate our successes together Your tasks: Operational coordination between staff, clients and the manager Administrative support for managers Planning and organization of teams on the IT tool Financial analysis in support of the operational director Monitoring of labor and material budgets Assistance in the organization and monitoring of holiday replacements for cleaning staff Administrative support in the management of technical projects Preparation of quotes, preparation of client invoices Control and allocation of supplier invoices Orders of material, products and services Specific administrative tasks related to local and national clients Your profile: Commercial training (CFC + maturity), bachelor in business administration or equivalent Mastery of French, English level B2 required Mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office) Skills for the transcription and precise written formulation of information Trustworthy, versatile and autonomous person Helpful, pronounced customer orientation Flexible, available Knowledge and/or experience in the service sector (an asset) Ready for us?
