Your role
Guarantee the production of the offer by managing personnel resources and rolling stock. Manage degraded or disrupted operational situations, employee absences, delays impacting production, etc., in collaboration with traffic regulators and partner companies.
Control, adapt and maintain up-to-date short-term personnel planning, in compliance with rules (Ldt, LHand, standards, directives, etc.).
Monitor and maintain up-to-date the various systems according to events (RCS ALEA, Infosoft, SAEIV DiLoc Motion, EMS SKI, etc.) in collaboration with traffic regulators.
Inform the concerned MOB personnel of the various disruptions on the defined communication channels, in collaboration with Operations.
Collaborate in the establishment of sub-annual planning in compliance with the legal bases for Passenger personnel and rolling stock.
Ensure the follow-up of the repair of reported defects on the rolling stock.

The profile we are looking for
CFC as a commercial employee in Public Transport or equivalent with knowledge in personnel planning.
3 years of experience in a public transport company.
Continuous training on operational principles and concepts (field, reserved decisions, substitute transport, passenger information, production plan, etc.). LDT/OLDT training is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations. You demonstrate very good stress resistance and a constructive critical attitude. You have a sense of organization and rigor in following procedures. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You demonstrate customer orientation, the ability to anticipate and make decisions based on defined criteria. You are proactive and show commitment to continuous improvement.
You have a B2 level in German.
You are ready to work regularly during weekends and public holidays (shifts). You reside within a radius of approximately 30 km of Montreux (maximum 30 minutes travel time).
