Working Student Performance Marketing 50% temporary

To strengthen our E-Commerce team, we are looking for a dedicated working student on a temporary basis until August 2027 as part of a maternity cover.

In the role as a working student Performance Marketing, you will be responsible, together with one other person, for the operational management of performance marketing and will independently implement campaigns in your area.

Your area of responsibility:

• Close cooperation and ongoing coordination with the Performance Marketing team of the parent company DEICHMANN regarding the operational management of SEA, retargeting, and app campaigns
• Independent implementation of Paid Social campaigns for retail media partners
• Planning and coordination of measures for new customer acquisition – from influencer hauls to package inserts
• Analysis and reporting of campaign results based on defined KPIs
• Coordination of performance marketing measures with the local marketing team and the overarching media strategy
• Accounting and administrative processing of invoices within the framework of ongoing marketing activities

Our requirements:

• You are in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program or have already completed it or have a comparable education
• You bring at least 1 year of experience in the digital environment and have already gained initial experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, as well as Meta Ads Manager
• You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• You are enthusiastic about digital marketing, are open to new technologies, and think analytically and in a networked manner
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and like to actively pitch in
