Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeping Assistant (m/f/d) at Motel One, your focus is the well-being of our guests and your team. You support the coordination and leadership of the housekeeping department.

Your tasks also include:
Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff
Ensuring and implementing housekeeping standards as well as responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
Co-responsibility for conducting internal coachings, cross-trainings, and the induction of new employees in housekeeping
Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural team
Co-responsibility for orders and deliveries within the housekeeping department

Requirements:
Professional experience
Very good German skills, as well as good spoken English skills
