Senior System Engineer Microsoft / Citrix (80-100%)

What awaits you

• Conception, implementation and further development of demanding Microsoft On Premises solutions
• Operation, further development and lifecycle of our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platform including ADC
• Management of technical projects in the specialist area, from migration and modernization to going live
• Root cause analysis and sustainable remediation of complex disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level
• Driving automation and standardization with PowerShell and Configuration Management
• Definition and documentation of standards, solutions and operating processes
• On-call readiness
• Close cooperation with Network, Security and the Smart Workplace team

What we wish for from you

• Completed IT training EFZ or comparable, further education HF or FH an advantage
• Several years of experience as a System Engineer in Microsoft On Premises environments
• Very good knowledge of Windows Domain infrastructure, server and Active Directory
• Sound experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and ADC
• Experience in the field of Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM and PAM)
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Experience with customer services
• Strong service orientation, high independence and personal responsibility
• Willingness for a security clearance with a criminal record extract
• Very good German skills (native language or business fluent), English an advantage
• Affinity for automation with PowerShell and Configuration Management an advantage
