Build and develop our new production organization
A Swiss company active in the development and manufacture of high-end audio products, we are looking for an Operations Manager to accompany a new stage of our industrial development.
Your mission
Your first mission will be to set up a new assembly line intended for the production of miniaturized parts. You will be responsible for its organization, the development of processes and working methods, through to its startup and ramp-up.
You will then take operational responsibility for this activity, with a scope covering production, procurement, stock, and logistics, in close collaboration with the Purchasing & Transport Manager and the Technical & Development Director.
Ultimately, your mission will also be to structure, standardize, and optimize the processes of two production lines in order to improve their efficiency, quality, and reliability.
Your main responsibilities
Set up and develop the new production line
Design, document, and improve assembly processes and methods
Organize and manage production, capacities, and priorities
Supervise and support the production team
Coordinate procurement, stock, and logistical flows
Your profile
We are looking for a pragmatic, structured, and field-oriented person who loves to build, improve, and move things forward.
You ideally have:

• A higher technical education in production, industrialization, mechanics, microtechnology, logistics, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in managing production activities or industrial operations
• Experience in setting up and improving production processes
• Proven experience in the operational management of supply chain flows, including procurement, stock, production, and logistics
• Experience in team management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of IT tools and ideally an ERP
• Language: French, English an asset
