Your tasks:

• Preparation of fresh and varied dishes for our bistro operation
• Preparation and Mise en Place for the daily operation
• Plating and presenting the food
• Ensuring high quality and smooth kitchen processes
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Independent working and taking on responsibility
• Active cooperation in the team and support with all arising tasks

What you bring with you:

• You have a heart for gastronomy and enjoy cooking
• Training as a Koch/Köchin EFZ with corresponding professional experience
• You work independently, reliably and organized
• You are creative, flexible and like to think along
• You enjoy a lively daily operation and contact with our team
• You enjoy working with fresh products and have high quality standards
• Team spirit and flexibility are a matter of course for you
• Willingness to work during the day, but also evening and weekend shifts
