What to expect

You will work in an interdisciplinary team and manage the entire process of prudential supervision:
From the connection audit of new institutes and risk assessments to supervisory discussions, evaluations of audit reports and audit actions, you will work directly at the pulse of supervision. In doing so, you will be in continuous exchange with financial institutions, auditing companies, consulting firms as well as FINMA.

What you bring

• Completed studies in economics or law
• Interest in financial market law (especially GwG, FIDLEG, FINIG)
• At least three to five years of relevant professional experience (e.g., in a law firm, consulting, auditing company, supervisory authority or compliance/legal department of a financial institution)
• Structured and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of exchange with various stakeholders throughout Switzerland
• Proficient German and English skills, other national languages are an advantage
• Analytical thinking, solution orientation and team spirit
• Interest in actively and responsibly helping to shape regulatory issues
