Special Gears Manager (H/F) Patek SA Genève Special Gears Manager (H/F) Mission Within the framework of this function, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will ensure the management of a team of 22 collaborators in their production activities in turning and finishing. In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Hand Wheel service and support services to ensure the production plan within the quality criteria and Patek standards, you will be responsible for achieving results and facilitating the Collaborator Experience. Responsibilities Guide, accompany, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and deadlines to achieve objectives. Ensure the accompaniment of training and the development of polyvalence within the workshop. Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operating times. Ensure respect for the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek standards. Progress the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal customers and other services and divisions. Sought profile Technician ES in microtechnology or mechanical engineering or equivalent training. 5 years of experience in an equivalent function. Previous experience in management is imperative. Mastery of machining techniques, in particular turning. Knowledge of production management Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools. Mastery of office tools (MS Office), knowledge of SAP is an asset. Ease of written and oral communication and sense of listening. Ability to federate a team around a common goal.
