Service Manager 70-100%

We – an operation in long-term care with heart – are looking for employees who fit with us and want to develop the operation further together with us.

As Service Manager, you will ensure, together with your team, that our residents, tenants, and guests feel comfortable and welcome with us. You will coordinate the processes in the dining room and in the cafeteria and ensure a high service quality.

You can look forward to the following tasks:

• Leadership, coordination, and further development of the service team
• Duty and vacation planning
• Active participation in service as well as at events
• Organization and ensuring smooth service processes
• Quality assurance as well as coordination with our internal interfaces
• Purchasing goods for the cafeteria as well as checking incoming goods and invoices
• Supporting the Head of Economy with budget, personnel recruitment, and supplier management, as well as projects in the service area.

You fit with us if you possess the following skills:

• Completed training in the field of service or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar function, leadership experience an advantage
• Strong organizational and planning talent
• Joy in contact with elderly people and lived hospitality
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills and an appreciative, competent appearance
• Teamwork ability, resilience, and assertiveness
• Routine PC skills (MS Office)
• Willingness to work flexible hours as well as shifts on weekends and at events
