• Direct the Logistics sector and personnel from a specialist and organizational point of view, guaranteeing daily logistics services
• Provide advice to Management regarding occupational safety and health protection
• Plan and implement measures relating to real estate, including premises management, moves, and changes in space occupancy; coordinate cross-functional projects with internal and external partners
• Guarantee building security and emergency organization; perform hazard analyses and risk assessments

What distinguishes you

• Complete professional training and continuous training in a relevant sector such as logistics, facility management, construction, or security
• In-depth knowledge of real estate management, occupational safety, procurement, and environmental management
• Leadership experience, strong service orientation, and ease of contact with people
• Active knowledge of at least two official languages and passive knowledge of the third official language.

The SECO Resources (RS) sector provides cross-functional internal services in the areas of Business Management, IT, Logistics, Finance, Personnel, and Law. The Logistics sector belongs to the RS and provides central logistics services for employees. Whether it is real estate management, moves, visitor reception, or security issues, the person responsible for Logistics coordinates requests and works in close contact with internal and external partners.
