Job description ###### For the exclusive SWISS Lounges at Flughafen Zürich, Switzerland AG is looking for service-oriented and committed personalities to enrich the team with a passion for excellent service. In an international environment, you will help to offer guests a first-class experience. Main tasks: - Support and service of premium guests in the SWISS Lounges - Serving our guests - Excellent product knowledge of all items offered in the lounges (drinks, wines, food, origin) - Provision and presentation of goods at the buffet - Stock and inventory management - Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations - Maintaining cleanliness and order - Ensuring a pleasant guest experience and creating an inviting atmosphere - Compliance with internal gastronomy and service standards as well as responsible representation of the company to the outside world Requirements: - Completed training in service or hotel management or equivalent professional experience - Experience in à la carte and banquet service, ideally in high-end gastronomy - Good product knowledge in the offered areas (wine, coffee, food etc.) - Strong customer orientation, service-oriented appearance and careful way of working - Friendliness, well-groomed appearance and positive charisma - Confident and courteous greeting as well as support of the guests - Enjoyment of active guest contact - Teamwork skills, resilience and flexibility Meeting point is 30 minutes before shift Start at Service Center Ankunft 2 (ID /Passport must be brought) If a parking permit is required, it can be ordered at [link hidden] during regular office hours.
