Your role

You assume global responsibility for the areas of finance and controlling with five employees and ensure the financial management of the group as well as future holding companies. As a solution-oriented and reliable leader, you take on responsibilities, act autonomously, and maintain an overview and the necessary vision even in demanding situations. You do not consider yourself merely a financial manager, but as an entrepreneurial personality. You identify opportunities and risks early, question the existing, and actively contribute to the development of the entire group.

These responsibilities await you

• You are responsible for regular, punctual, and legally compliant financial reporting.
• With your global vision, you continually develop controlling at the group level and are responsible for management reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as the analysis of key indicators and relevant business developments.
• As a thought partner for management and the board of directors, you prepare decision bases and recommendations for action, present them in a manner adapted to the recipients, and thus support important entrepreneurial decisions.
• You proactively manage medium- and long-term financial, liquidity, and investment planning and ensure the financing of the company's growth and development projects.
• As a member of the management, you actively contribute to shaping the future of the group and bring your financial expertise to cross-functional strategic projects and organizational development.

These skills accompany you

• You possess a federal diploma as an expert in accounting and controlling or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in a comparable management position with strategic responsibility forms the basis of your success in this role.
• You are competent in the areas of finance, accounting, controlling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• You communicate confidently and in a manner adapted to the recipients with management, the board of directors, banks, auditors, and external partners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision as well as very good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, complete your profile.
