At Implenia, Equipment & Technology Services (ETS) provides the operational units of the group with the machinery, equipment, infrastructure, and service offerings necessary for the realization of high-performance and sustainable construction projects. In order to pursue the development of our organization in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a French-speaking Switzerland Region Manager who will actively contribute to the operational performance and strategic development of ETS at a national level.

What you accomplish ##

• You assume global responsibility for the ETS organization in French-speaking Switzerland and guarantee the operational, economic, and organizational performance of several regional sites.
• You ensure the optimal, safe, and profitable provision of machinery, equipment, containers, vehicles, and services for the benefit of the operational units.
• You manage the budget, investments, resources, and financial results of the region using relevant performance indicators.
• You lead and develop depot managers as well as key teams, promoting a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• You optimize logistical processes, material flows, inventory management, and transport capacities to increase regional efficiency.
• You actively contribute to transformation and digitalization projects, notably the introduction and sustainable anchoring of the future ERP ETM.next.
• You drive the strategic development of sites, infrastructures, and regional investments while guaranteeing sustainable operation of the depots.
• As a member of the ETS Switzerland Management, you participate in the development and implementation of the national strategy and represent the interests of French-speaking Switzerland to the various stakeholders.

What you bring ##

• Higher education (ES, HES, or university) in a technical, logistical, economic, or construction-related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership function with full responsibility for an operational unit, its budget, and its results.
• Demonstrated success in management of executives and leading multi-site organizations within technical, industrial, or logistical environments.
• Excellent understanding of economic issues, investment management, financial steering, and management by indicators.
• Experience in process optimization, change management, organizational development, and transformation projects.
• Strong affinity with information systems, ERP tools, and data-based performance management.
• Fluent French (C1 minimum) and very good knowledge of German (B2 minimum); English is an advantage.
• Natural leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility, and excellent ability to unite teams in a national and multilingual environment.
