Your tasks
Shift responsibility in the absence of the branch management as well as deputy
Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in our branches
Support in personnel planning, personnel management and branch organization
Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation
Cashiering activities
Your profile
Professional experience in sales or a similar environment
Ideally completed vocational training in retail
Flexibility regarding working hours (MO-SA between 05:00-22:00)
Communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
High motivation, commitment and resilience
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
