WHAT YOU CAN MOVE As a Delivery Manager (all genders), you are the pivot point for our IT projects. You control the end-to-end delivery, lead your tech team and ensure that we deliver to our customers on time, in scope and on budget. Customer Focus: You are the central interface, maintain trusting stakeholder relationships and proactively manage expectations and escalations. End-to-End Delivery: You are responsible for the entire service lifecycle from initiation to completion – including project, time and resource planning. Quality & Risk: You ensure compliance with agreed SLAs as well as KPIs, monitor project progress and mitigate risks early. Leadership: You lead, mentor and motivate a cross-functional tech team and promote a collaborative high-performance culture. Finance & Contracts: You control the budgets, keep an eye on profitability and confidently negotiate scope changes. Process Optimization: You drive best practices (Agile, ITIL, DevOps) and continuously develop our service delivery framework. HOW YOU SUCCEED Sound Education: e.g., a degree in computer science or, for example, a business subject forms the basis. Leadership Competence: You already have experience in leading heterogeneous teams in a similar environment. Industry-Relevant Professional Experience: You have at least 6 years of experience at an IT service provider and are well-versed in processes, solutions and services. Technical Affinity: High IT and technical affinity as well as a sense for new topics and trends in the field of digitalization. Working Style: You enjoy working towards concrete goals and act in a very solution- and customer-oriented manner.
