You take care of the preparation and processing of food commodities, as well as the cooking of food. You rigorously manage stocks and take charge of internal and external orders. You supervise the kitchen helpers and ensure the maintenance of quality and the fluidity of service. You guarantee scrupulous respect for food safety standards. You pay particular attention to equipment and premises, thus creating a clean working environment. What you bring: You have accumulated several years of experience in a similar position, thus demonstrating solid expertise. You possess good knowledge of French. Working in continuous hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays does not constitute an obstacle for you. Your ability to take responsibilities and your warm approach are major assets.
