Leadership task in long-term care

For an established and modern nursing institution in the Muri area, we are looking for an experienced leader to head a nursing team in long-term care. The institution stands for professional, respectful, and holistic care of people with long-term care needs by Dipl. Pflegefachfrau Pflegefachmann.

In this function, you will take responsibility for the professional and organizational leadership of a team and actively contribute to the further development of nursing quality as well as the employees, which is only possible through Dipl. Pflegefachfrau Pflegefachmann.

Your tasks

• Professional and organizational leadership of an interdisciplinary nursing team in long-term care.
• Ensuring high-quality, resident-oriented care in compliance with current standards and guidelines.
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees through targeted coaching, feedback, and support in everyday professional life.
• Planning, coordination, and optimization of workflows as well as efficient resource and personnel deployment management.
• Close cooperation with the nursing management as well as with internal and external specialist departments, especially Dipl. Pflegefachfrau Pflegefachmann.
• Active participation in projects for quality development, process optimization, and further development of the nursing organization.
• Ensuring an appreciative team culture as well as professional interaction with residents and relatives.

Your profile

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or FH (or equivalent recognition).
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care, of which at least 3 years in a leadership or team leader function. The qualification as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau Pflegefachmann is particularly important.
• Strong leadership and social competence with high communication skills and assertiveness.
• High empathy as well as enjoyment of working with elderly and chronically ill people.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient way of working.
• Motivation to take on responsibility and actively help shape nursing and organizational processes.
