Haerry & Frey AG has been processing flat glass and mirrors for the construction industry and combining glass and metal since 1926. We also plan, produce, and install glass for indoor and outdoor areas for private clients, architects, and planners.

To strengthen our organization, we are looking for an independent, motivated, and proactive personality for a long-term collaboration, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Service Technician (m/f/d, 100 %)

Your tasks

• Carrying out service, repair, and maintenance work on our own glass products, especially in outdoor areas
• Carrying out service, repair, and maintenance work on mobileGlas brand products
• Checking, adjusting, and replacing fittings, drives, guides, seals, profiles, and other system components
• Analysis of malfunctions and damage on-site, determination of causes, and definition of measures within the scope of the order
• Timely preparation of assignments and checking of tools, spare parts, materials, and personal protective equipment
• Creating work reports, time and material records, as well as traceable photo documentation and reporting open follow-up work
• Instructing customers on the operation, cleaning, care, and proper use of the products
• Assembly instructions for balcony and patio glazing of the mobileGlas brand

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as Metallbauer/in EFZ, Schreiner/in EFZ, or Zimmermann/in EFZ
• Several years of experience in the trained profession, ideally also in the field of glass/metal construction
• Good knowledge and several years of experience in the field of assembly
• High quality awareness and efficient way of working
• Good independence and flexibility in work
• Driver's license Cat. B
