Team Leader Maintenance (100%) Are you enthusiastic about technology, leadership, and continuous improvement? Then take responsibility at Belimo for an experienced maintenance team and ensure that our highly automated plants function perfectly around the clock (24h operation). What you will do Personnel and technical leadership of the directly subordinate maintenance specialists (currently 15 people) Responsible for the professional and timely execution of reactive and preventive, cross-technology maintenance work Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and services rendered Execution of change and optimization work Participation in projects regarding new plants as well as conversions of existing plants Ensuring compliance with work, health, and safety standards as well as conducting relevant training Coordination and exchange of information within maintenance as well as with our global maintenance organizations (USA and DE) Who you are Federal degree Head of Maintenance or CAS Maintenance Management degree More than 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance of production/logistics plants & corresponding experience in dealing with direct customer contact Several years of proven leadership experience in the field of maintenance, automation, or mechatronics Experience with working at heights and the use of PSAgA High problem-solving ability & communicative expression Service- and customer-oriented behavior with an enthusiasm-driven goal setting German (at least C1) and English skills (at least B1) Who we are At Belimo, we are focused on making our company a rewarding workplace.
