The Bains de Saillon thermal leisure complex, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a mayens wellness village with saunas and Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness center, and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.
To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Versatile reception and sales collaborator at 80–100%
Your profile:
CFC as a commercial employee, retail manager or training deemed equivalent
Experience in reception, front desk or sales
Excellent presentation and sense of customer service
Ease with IT tools and cash register systems
Dynamism, versatility and team spirit
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
Good command of French; any other language is an asset
Good presentation, smiling and dynamic
Knowledge of the loterie romande, an asset
Your tasks:
Welcome and assist customers, ensure the taking of reservations
Promote, advise and sell our services and products
Carry out reservations and the administrative follow-up related to reception
Ensure payments and manage cash operations
Receive, control, shelf and restock goods
Collaborate with the different services in order to guarantee a quality customer experience
