Department Manager: Industry and Garden ##

In this versatile management role, you will lead two teams (assemblies and packaging, horticulture and maintenance) and additionally directly lead the Textile and Leather group. In total, your area of responsibility includes 16 specialists and well over 50 employees with support needs. You will support them professionally as well as socially and develop them further. In doing so, you combine technical know-how, leadership competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and agogic understanding.

Your tasks ###

• You lead and develop your 3 teams professionally and personally and accompany employees in their professional development.
• You acquire orders, maintain customer contact, and further develop offers.
• You are responsible for operational processes and resources.
• Together with your teams, you implement the department goals and actively participate in shaping the further development of the area.
• You represent the department internally and externally.

Your profile ###

• Technical or manual background with further education at tertiary level, professional and leadership experience.
• Joy in the leadership, promotion, and development of teams and employees as well as in shaping changes.
• Agogic competence and experience in accompanying people with support needs.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent.
• Good MS-Office skills as well as driver's license Cat. B.
