YOUR MISSIONS

As a multi-purpose assistant, your role involves having skills related to:

• Basic care and housekeeping: ability to provide care and housekeeping assistance at the clients' homes.
• Client follow-up and relationships: ability to create and maintain respectful relationships with clients, while following care objectives and transmitting relevant information.
• Teamwork: contribution to the smooth functioning of the team and collaboration with its members.
• Administrative management: responsibility for administrative tasks related to the function.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Croix-Rouge recognition as a health assistant or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in an institution is a real asset.
• Equipped with autonomy, versatility and a great capacity for listening, you have a marked interest in home care and the helping relationship.
• You have the ability to adapt easily to various situations, and listening as well as flexibility are part of your assets.
• You possess a driver's license and, ideally, a personal vehicle.
