Your mission:
Prospect, analyze, and negotiate sales mandates for all potential income properties in Suisse Romande
Estimate income real estate properties
Identify client needs and expectations
Manage and accompany clients during viewings
Finalize sales up to the signature
Your profile:
Proven experience in the income real estate sector
Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
Very good network of contacts
Dynamic, motivated, tenacious, and committed
Excellent negotiator, you are creative in searching for solutions for clients
Excellent command of French and English, German would be an asset
