Your tasks
Production of meals in the hot and cold kitchen as well as sandwiches and desserts
Organization of the team consisting of 2 employees
Assignments in live cooking and responsible for the salad buffet
Production of business lunches for seminar rooms
Management of supplier orders and inventories
Checking whether presentation and offering correspond with each other
Application and monitoring of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP
Control and cleaning of equipment and rooms

Your background
Completed vocational training EFZ
Professional experience in contract catering and the catering sector
Experience in a leadership position as a Sous-Chef
German language skills C1 and English language skills A2
Creative ideas for the processing of fresh products, avoidance of food waste
Driver's license available
Willingness to work in the evening 7x per year
You are motivated, independent, and responsible
Teamwork skills, characterized by commitment, tolerance, and respect
Resilient in stressful situations with a high workload
