Stiftung Seehalde is a facility for around 69 people with support needs. Both in the residential area and in the daily structure, we focus on people with their individual biographies, abilities and developmental resources and orient ourselves according to the goals of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

For the Rubin residential group at the Rombach location, we are looking for a

Specialist Living (m/f/d | 40 - 80%) with fixed working hours for an individual setting

Specialist in Care (FaBe) / Social Pedagogue / related professions

Your profile

• Training and / or professional experience in the care of people with disabilities
• Sense of responsibility, humor, flexibility and resilience
• Readiness for shifts on 2 weekend days per month; no night on-call service
• Modern IT skills; driving license Cat. B is an advantage

Your tasks

• Accompanying people with support needs in their daily challenges and participation in their local social environment in an individual setting, with fixed working hours
• Professional support with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing, eating, drinking
• Key person work and maintaining contact with relatives
• Implementation of the goals from the 'Developmental Support' concept
• Domestic activities
