Laboro AG is a specialized personnel leasing company in the healthcare sector. For one of our customers in the Canton of Bern, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ / an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and support of clients in their home environment
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to professional competencies
• Implementation of medical prescriptions as well as performance of medical-technical tasks
• Recognizing and forwarding changes in health status
• Professional documentation of nursing services in the electronic nursing dossier
• Advising and supporting clients and relatives
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors and other specialists
• Participation in ensuring high quality of care

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in outpatient care or Spitex is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• High social competence, teamwork skills and empathy
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
