For our team in Bern, we are looking for an additional female personnel consultant, an additional male personnel consultant for the construction industry. Job Description ## The following are your main activities: • Recruiting: find, select and win construction personnel • Acquiring: win new customers and further expand existing customer relationships • Preparing: train employees and equip them according to the requirements of your customers • Organizing: coordinate assignments between customers and employees - including all administrative tasks • Supporting: first contact person for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances and administrative topics • Building up: build up and maintain a strong pool of employees for assignments in large-scale projects We expect ## • You have a completed EFZ training in construction or in a construction-related environment • German at native speaker level as well as good Italian, Spanish or Portuguese skills.
