As part of this role, you will be at the heart of the development and management of high value-added watchmaking projects. You will evolve in a demanding environment where coordination, precision and respect for deadlines are essential.

We have a unique opportunity for you! To meet the needs of our client, we are looking for a:

Watch movement constructor M/F/X

Responsibilities

• Develop and design watch movements and complications
• Perform system studies using calculations and functional simulations
• Participate in technological monitoring and propose innovative solutions
• Ensure the reliability of prototypes until the industrialization of the products
• Collaborate closely with production and produce drawings according to ISO functional dimensioning rules
• Analyze problems encountered in production and propose suitable solutions
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of products and workshop processes

Profile

• Training as an Engineer in mechanics or microtechnology (EPF/HES)
• Several years of experience in a similar role in the watchmaking field
• Mastery of CAD software, notably SolidWorks
• Mastery of finite element simulation tools, notably TellWatch
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with autonomy
• Analytical, innovative and solution-oriented spirit
• Experience within small structures is a real asset
